Nutrition data for 73/27 and 93/7 ground beef COOKED

I can't find the nutrition data and macro ratios for either of these meats cooked. I can get the raw no problem, but I guess since it's odd numbers fitday doesn't have it. Anyone know where I can find it? It's not on fitday, dailyplate, nutritiondata, etc.

just measure it raw, the nutrients will hardly change at all, you just may lose some fat due to cooking method

Well I'm cooking it on a Foreman, so it's going to lose a lot of fat. I guess the best thing I can do is take the 75/25 and 70/30 info and use the median numbers. I'll post what I get in case anyone else wants the info.

    just buy the 93/7.

No point saving a few pennies to trust the foreman grill

Cooking it on a Foreman grill is not going to make it lose a lot of fat.. you still have to go by the same nutrition info I believe.. although I do enjoy using my Foreman grill.

idk, I always thought it was different than cooking it in a pan, where it sits and soaks in the fat, but then again, I guess that's why they have different options like broiled, fried, pan-broiled, etc.

    Strong 4 year bump.

Nutritional information printed on raw meat packaging is ALWAYS before cooking unless otherwise stated. Be it macros, cals or weight. This is why your 1/4 Pounder never weighs 4oz.

Today I bought some 73/27 ground beef, after cooking exactly 4oz it came out of the pan at around 3.1oz drained. I find it incredibly hard to believe that the meat lost 25% of it's weight and still contains the same macros/cals. Anyone have any insight as I am just speculating?

    73/27 Ground Beef (Raw)

    Calories: 350
    Calories from fat: 270

    Total Fat: 30g
    Chol: 80mg
    Sod: 60mg
    Pot: 0mg
    Carbs: <1g

    Protein: 19g

    Thank you

Couldnt u just weigh the fat drippings that fall into the foreman's tray, then subtract those grams of fat from the raw macros
